2. Descripción del Servicio

SynastryChart proporciona:

• Synastry Calculations: Compatibility analysis between two birth charts based on planetary aspects and positions
• Astrocartography Mapping: Interactive maps showing planetary lines and their astrological significance for different locations
• Interpretaciones astrológicas para guía personal
• Educational Content: Articles, guides, and resources about astrology and astrological concepts

3. Responsabilidades del Usuario

Usted acepta:

• Proporcionar información de nacimiento precisa para los cálculos
• Usar el Servicio para propósitos personales, no comerciales
• No intentar ingeniería inversa ni copiar nuestros métodos de cálculo
• No hacer mal uso, abusar ni sobrecargar nuestros servidores
• No usar herramientas automatizadas para acceder excesivamente al Servicio

You may use the results generated for your personal charts, but you may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display SynastryChart's proprietary content without permission
• Use our interpretations in commercial products or services
• Claim ownership of SynastryChart-generated content

• Technical Issues: Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors
• Third-Party Services: Issues arising from third-party services like Mapbox or hosting providers

7. User Accounts & Subscriptions

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate registration information
• You may cancel your account or subscription at any time
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Saved charts and data may be deleted if you close your account

8. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Extract, harvest, or scrape user data without permission
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited messaging

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access.

9. Privacy

Your use of SynastryChart is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modificaciones al Servicio

Nos reservamos el derecho de:

12. Geographic Restrictions

While SynastryChart is accessible worldwide, some features may be restricted in certain regions due to legal or technical limitations.

10. Terminación

Podemos terminar o suspender su acceso al Servicio inmediatamente, sin previo aviso, por cualquier incumplimiento de estos Términos. Tras la terminación, su derecho a usar el Servicio cesará inmediatamente.

11. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de la jurisdicción en la que opera SynastryChart, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes.

12. Resolución de Disputas

16. Severability

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynastryChart regarding use of the Service.
